Ava Gardner Fundraiser Breakfast at Gandolfo's

Cost: $5.00
Kick off the day's festivities with a great southern breakfast. Part of the proceeds from the Ava Gardner Special will be donated to the Ava Gardner Museum. Click here for more infomation.

Ava Gardner Film Fest
Location: Howell Theater, 141 S. Third St., Downtown Smithfield
Cost: Free
10:30 AM -- "Mogambo"
1:00 PM -- "Night of the Iguana"
3:30 PM - "Mogambo"

6:00 PM -- "Night of the Iguana"
8:30 PM - "Mogambo"

Each showing of Mogambo will include a brief Q & A with representatives from the Ava Gardner Museum and the Clark Gable Museum.

Live Jazz Celebration
Location: Main stage on the Courthouse Lawn, Third Street, Downtown Smithfield

"Mogambo" Exhibit at the Ava Gardner Museum

Cost: $5.00 Museum admission
A special exhibit featuring the costumes worn by Ava Gardner, Grace Kelly and Clark Gable from the award winning movie "Mogambo" will be on display. This special collection is on loan from Debbie Reynolds Hollywood Motion Picture Museum.

Fine Arts and Crafts Marketplace

Location: Adjacent to the Ava Gardner Museum starting at Third and Market streets
Cost: Free

In honor of Ava's love for her North Carolina roots and her passion for creative arts, this event features regional artists who display and sell their fine crafts and unique works of art.

Ava Gardner Heritage Tour
Location: Ava Gardner 325 E. Market St., Downtown Smithfield
Cost: $5:00 (tickets can be pre-purchased at the Museum)

Get a rare glimpse of Ava Gardner's early years with this guided tour. From the birth house & Ava's childhood home, to a visit to her gravesite, this tour is led by locals who know the area and its secrets.
